Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Design and facilitate future-back scenario planning workshops with global teams
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market needs
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
