Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptors to forecast 2026+ industry shifts
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future uncertainties
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Publish whitepapers and keynote at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-proofing initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
