Responsibilities
- Design and architect multi-agent systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex task automation.
- Implement robust orchestration frameworks using LangChain, AutoGen, or custom solutions.
- Develop and fine-tune models for specific domain applications to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Establish security protocols and guardrails to ensure AI safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define roadmap and technical specifications.
- Optimize inference latency and resource consumption for production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI/ML development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Experience building autonomous agents or multi-agent systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
