Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026+ markets
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive R&D investments in next-generation solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Strong proficiency with data visualization and AI-driven analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech/futurism (preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (preferred)
