As a key member of our C-Suite Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with industry disruptors, academic pioneers, and government think tanks to shape the next generation of human-technology symbiosis. Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Champion innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into R&D priorities and market entry strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Advocate for responsible innovation frameworks balancing disruption with human-centric values
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial innovation for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning outputs and trend impact analyses
