- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Mentor futurist interns and drive foresight methodology R&D
- Collaborate with R&D labs to translate foresight into commercial IP
- Measure impact through KPIs like adoption rates and market disruption scores
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing foresight insights (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major publications
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovations launched post-2020
