Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D pipeline and shape the future of sustainable technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight research on technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenarios for future business disruption using AI-powered trend analysis
- Architect innovation frameworks for emerging domains: quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment opportunities
- Champion a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced corporate strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including horizon scanning and Delphi techniques
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and multi-million dollar budgets
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership (portfolio required)
