Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Design organizational resilience programs for technological singularity preparation
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or frameworks
