Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future possibilities
- Monitor geopolitical and technological disruptors impacting business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Publication record in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
