- Drive Innovation: Spearhead POCs for emerging AI paradigms, including multimodal integration and self-learning systems.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in LLMs, NLP, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex system design challenges and think critically about long-term scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
