Responsibilities

- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic vision and implementation
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis in emerging tech sectors
- Author thought leadership content on disruptive technology impacts
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic concepts and validate market readiness
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven trend identification
- Experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
