Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning for 2026+ technological and societal disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives
- Conduct trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with 2030 sustainable development goals
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and manage global network of futurists and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic foresight initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
