Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields: quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and carbon-negative technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into core offerings
- Build and manage an elite innovation lab with cutting-edge prototyping facilities
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive board and key stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience building and scaling high-impact innovation labs
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
