Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuroeconomics) to construct 2026 scenario models
- Develop quantitative forecasting frameworks using Python/R and predictive analytics platforms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership pieces for Harvard Business Review and industry summits
- Advise executive team on disruptive threats/opportunities across 15+ sectors
- Manage $2M annual research budget with VC-style portfolio allocation
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Proficiency with trend visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and simulation software
- Track record of influencing enterprise strategy through futures research
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
