Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative trend analysis models for 2026+ market trajectories
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technology adoption
- Author quarterly foresight briefs distributed to 500+ stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Mentor junior analysts using our proprietary Horizon Methodology
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or trend analysis at enterprise level
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario-planning projects
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent
