Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and analysis in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product development pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D organizations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage innovation incubator programs for disruptive technologies
- Monitor global tech policy trends and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
