Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year AI roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems (quantum neural networks, AGI frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuro-symbolic AI, bio-hybrid computing)
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems

- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and AGI architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
