Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Machine Learning Architect to lead our engineering team in shaping the technology landscape for 2026. At Nexus Future Labs, we are building the next generation of autonomous systems and generative intelligence platforms. You will be responsible for designing scalable AI infrastructure and driving innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and scalable AI architectures.
- Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI product requirements.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end ML systems using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of models.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to improve model accuracy and feature engineering.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Spark for big data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
