Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing through 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to develop cutting-edge machine learning models.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Neural Rendering and Edge AI processing.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate high-level business visions into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model transparency.
- Drive innovation through experimental prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AI/ML sector.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
