Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-relevant solutions
- Mentor junior futurists on trend synthesis methodology
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-suite strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (preferred)
