Responsibilities

- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent ecosystems
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent company at Davos-style summits and global futures councils
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies across the enterprise
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Portfolio of successful futures projects with measurable ROI
