Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives
- Produce actionable whitepapers and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the firm's future intelligence database
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks for enterprises
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Global network of industry influencers and futurist community engagement
