Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping next-generation human-AI interfaces and autonomous systems
- Translate foresight research into C-suite presentations with quantifiable ROI projections
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist offices
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Author white papers on emerging ethical frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
