Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration, quantum readiness, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that can handle massive data loads and real-time processing requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced NLP) into our core platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical specifications for cross-functional teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and system performance to ensure maximum efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, edge computing, or neural interface technologies is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect robust solutions for ambiguous and undefined problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
