Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models with a focus on long-term sustainability and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Define technical roadmaps for the evolution of our proprietary AI stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level machine learning models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
