Your insights will directly shape our innovation pipeline, investment strategy, and long-term competitive advantage in an accelerating world.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact trend reports and disruption assessments for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-facing priorities and innovation imperatives
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive modeling and data-driven scenario forecasting
- Develop and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation strategy, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on emerging trends (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML evolution, biotech convergence, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional command of scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers, books)
