Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives, monitoring emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce forward-looking market analyses and competitive intelligence reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops to challenge organizational assumptions and foster future-ready mindsets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting methodologies, and trend analysis
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with experience translating complex insights into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, biotechnology, climate tech)
- Strong presentation skills with experience advising executive leadership teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation or trend prediction
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from CFAR, IIF) preferred
