Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) with 3-5 year horizon
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligning with corporate vision and market disruption vectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design and implement corporate foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the organization at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical and strategic concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
