Based in our San Francisco innovation hub, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop future-ready frameworks, lead cross-functional research initiatives, and present compelling narratives to global stakeholders. This role demands a blend of visionary thinking and pragmatic execution to position our clients as pioneers in the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key clients
- Conduct horizon scanning across emerging fields (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Author high-impact future-state reports and predictive models
- Design and manage research initiatives with global academic and industry partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author or thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
