Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused research
- Design organizational resilience strategies for emerging risks and opportunities in 2026+ landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful commercial initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field required
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
