Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, climate tech, and digital transformation trends
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience managing cross-continental research teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
