- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision, identifying key technological trends and operational pivots necessary for 2026 success.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Autonomous Systems) to drive competitive advantage.
- AI Ethics & Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring compliance and ethical standards are met as we scale.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and board members.
- Future-Proofing Operations: Assess current workflows and infrastructure for obsolescence, proposing modernization strategies to ensure operational resilience.
- Market Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech landscapes to predict shifts in consumer behavior and regulatory environments.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting, with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks (Cloud, AI, Data Science) with the ability to predict their trajectory.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions based on incomplete data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
