- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government entities
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Champion ethical innovation principles while accelerating time-to-market for breakthrough initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leader with 50+ industry citations or patents
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
