Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging concepts
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future markets
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and innovation experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
