Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for transparency in AI decision-making processes through explainable AI methodologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or policy development roles
- Deep expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with international AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in conducting ethical risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional written communication for policy documentation
