Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight research on technological, societal, and market trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for long-term innovation initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development pipelines
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders via executive briefings and industry conferences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Quantify future opportunities through data modeling and market analysis
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
