- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs for cutting-edge research
- Quantify market disruption risks and opportunities through proprietary forecasting algorithms
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for senior leadership teams
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing $2B+ investment portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains (whitepapers, journals, keynotes)
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Futurist Toolkit, Scenario Lab) and data visualization tools
