Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and disruptive market analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
