Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author annual Horizon Reports with actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs to pioneer 2026 technology standards
- Design immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario modeling and strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
