- Lead Innovation Labs: Manage the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact technology initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Insight: Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
