Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor a team of junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all deployed AI workloads.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
