Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with global market trends and organizational goals.
- Lead the research and analysis of emerging technologies, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, product, and operationsâto integrate future-forward solutions into current workflows.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in for long-term capital investments and technological pivots.
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies, measuring performance and scaling successful initiatives.
- Advocate for digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational agility.
- Prepare quarterly briefings on the state of the industry, specifically focusing on the trajectory towards 2026.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Operations Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast long-term market shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
