Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 readiness.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing concepts and advanced AI models into our core infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment of autonomous AI agents to streamline enterprise workflows and decision-making.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including brain-computer interfaces and advanced AR/VR environments.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with ambitious business objectives.
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and emerging tech startups.
- Define best practices for ethical AI implementation and data governance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Product Strategy.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and scaling high-performance engineering teams.
- Certification in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly preferred.
