Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems specifically targeting the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines across enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI compliance in all developed algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
