About the Role

Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance computing systems for Project 2026.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, quantum engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure architectural best practices are followed.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
