Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the architectural vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (AGI, Quantum) and integrating them into our core product suite.
- System Design: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing hardware-software interfaces.
- Legacy Modernization: Execute a strategic transition plan to upgrade legacy infrastructure to 2026-ready standards, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and act as the primary technical liaison between product management and engineering.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems in compliance with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
