Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture Roadmap: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our AI-native platforms, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks, optimizing for latency, cost, and inference accuracy.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities with legacy systems and cloud ecosystems, creating seamless user experiences.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous stress testing and performance tuning to ensure systems handle high-volume traffic and edge cases.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to global AI ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
