What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models for the Project 2026 platform.
- Optimize neural network inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI/ML and software engineering.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and fault tolerance in distributed environments.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in LLMs and generative AI architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications.
