Responsibilities
- Architect and design the high-level system structure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver quarterly milestones.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to ensure security and performance.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces) into the core architecture.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale, distributed systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native principles, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
