- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and engineers in adopting modern, future-proof coding standards.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects for emerging technologies to validate feasibility before mass deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud systems, AI, or distributed computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Futuristic Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing principles or agentic AI workflows is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
